District Governor Harold and First Lady Joyce would like to welcome everyone to our District 13-D website.

We hope everyone utilizes this website to their advantage.  Enjoy reading all the sections available for your perusal.
District Governor Harold's Goals:
1. Maintain or increase membership in every Club - two (2) members per Club (this will increase the membership in the District)
2. Four (4) new Leo Clubs - one (1) new Branch Club - one (1) new Campus Club - five (5) new Lions Clubs and NO DROPPED CLUBS.
3. Increase support for and with the MERL Plus Team.
4. Have active Long Range Planning Committee.
5. 100% of all Clubs participating in the District Fun Calendar.
6. 50% of all Clubs participating in the GOOD Program.
 
My theme this year is Team District 13-D.
 
We are a Team and we must Perform as a Team.
