Note: In all efforts (by this District), we
will not supersede and/or displace the authorized approved Lions Club
International Constitution and By Laws. This Constitution and By Laws in
intended to serve District 13-D and its clubs of Ohio Lions, Inc., as
reference for District business. We will accept, as District Policy, any and
all changes made by the Lions delegates vote at any and all International
Conventions effective whatever date assigned.
The District Constitution and By Laws will reflect any and all changes in
print form (hard copy or web version) only when a printing/change is so
directed by the governing District Cabinet.
